Hi, I can not use the device using samsung  s21/android 11 .

I can see the device in bluetooth search , I  can even pair de device. But no matter if it's  paired or not, in the  app, there is no device.

(  I had no issue with ipad mini, device detected without  any issue)

Any idea how to  fix that?
